Social Skills Coaching for Teens & Young Adults
Social Coaching for neurodivergent teens and adults navigating friendships, dating, interviews, and independence. In-person in Appleton and virtually throughout Wisconsin.
You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be heard.
I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist who saw too many kids being trained to mask instead of empowered to connect.
The traditional system didn’t leave room for this kind of work, so I created it.
This program is for neurodivergent teens and young adults: autistic, ADHD, PDA, and more, who are navigating the messy, meaningful leap into adulthood. We dive into the nuances: texting, ghosting, dating, interviews, self-advocacy, friendships, and boundaries.
I don’t use behavior plans or social scripts. I offer personalized coaching that helps you understand why social dynamics feel overwhelming and how to move through them without losing yourself.
Here, you don’t have to be “ready.” You just have to be real. I’ll meet you as you are, when you’re ready, and walk with you toward a version of life that actually fits.
