Reclaim Your Voice

Authentic Communication Coaching for Survivors of Domestic Violence, CPTSD, and Social Anxiety

You are not alone—because I’ve been there, too.

You’re not too much. You’re not too late.

You’re just getting started.

I’m not just a communication specialist, I’m a survivor of domestic abuse, a mother who has reclaimed my own voice, rebuilt my confidence, and re-entered the world on my terms. Now, it’s my life’s work to help you do the same.

Reclaim Your Voice is a trauma-informed coaching space for survivors of domestic violence, emotional abuse, CPTSD, and anyone who’s been silenced, minimized, or made to doubt their worth. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, I combine professional expertise in speech-language pathology and social communication with deep, lived understanding of what it means to start over.

Because this work isn’t just clinical, it’s personal. And it matters.
